I do not invent images—I document what comes to me. Sometimes they appear in dreams, sometimes in moments of complete silence. Only afterwards do the questions emerge, and each painting offers its own answer, though never a final one.
My work exists at the intersection of Symbolism, Surrealism, and Contemporary Figurative Art. These are neither illustrations of myths nor stories about the past. Rather, they are explorations of the human inner world, where light and darkness, fear and hope, truth and illusion constantly exchange places.
I work primarily in oil on canvas, using a layered painting technique. By gradually building color, light, and texture, I create depth in which not only the depicted forms matter, but also the invisible space between them.
Each painting stands as an independent work while simultaneously forming part of a larger narrative. They can be seen as chapters of a single unfolding story whose meaning is never fully revealed. The viewer is not given ready-made answers but is invited to become a co-author, discovering personal meanings within the imagery.
Everything is illusion. Illusion is everything.
